About me

Hi, Its me, Mr P. I just wanted to tell you about myself real quicklike because you clicked on this page. Anyways, I am a teacher at Glacier View School, AK. I am a math and science enthusiast that has trouble sitting still. I believe that the proliferation of knowledge in these areas of study can, will, and has made the world a better place. Unless you like things like polio, in which case science is bad. Our ability to understand and manipulate the world around us is our power. This power stems from the scope of our knowledge, and the ability to apply it to solve problems.

In a previous life I was a swimmer. I swam allot and did things like win the 2004 Washington State High School Championships, receive 5 NCAA all american awards at Indiana University, and compete in the 2008 Olympic trials. After spending a majority of my adolescence in the water I don't swim much anymore so please don't ask.
